1. Shipping Partners

We have partnered with Shiprocket to ensure secure and timely delivery of your orders across India.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
    • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
    • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

⚠ Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No additional COD fee will be charged.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies to all prepaid orders below ₹999.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your shipment in real-time using Shiprocket’s tracking system.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • Some remote locations may be non-serviceable by our courier partners. If delivery is not possible, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

6. Delivery Delays & Issues

While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, AK SKINSCIENCE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, weather conditions, or other external factors.

7. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.
  • AK SKINSCIENCE is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable recipients.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and offer a resolution accordingly.
