1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only in case of:
- Wrong or damaged product received
- Expired product received
- Missing items in the package
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Products purchased during sale/discounted offers
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, email us at support@olive-jackal-349076.hostingersite.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product & packaging
- Reason for return
- Our team will review the request and provide a return approval within 2-3 business days.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup via our logistics partner (Shiprocket) or guide you on how to return the item.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for eligible returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
